I love all things admin!

I help sole traders, entrepreneurs and small sized business owners by giving them TIME to do what they love and why they started their business in the first place by taking away their  administration which is what I love to do.

In 2021 I set up my own business Vause Assists – Your Virtual Assistant. One of the best career decisions I’ve ever made!

With over 35 years’ experience in managing and supporting office environments, data centres and managing a petrol station with a supermarket, I appreciate what it takes to run a business and more importantly a smooth-running business.

My extensive experience and knowledge spans both the large corporate and the small business worlds and in a variety of industries – see below:

I also have 28 years experience in Fleet Management and 17 years experience in Facilities Management both hard and soft services.  I was a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) for 10 years.

I am a problem solver, highly organised with an eye for detail, as well as being loyal, dedicated, diverse and committed. I will help you achieve the full potential of your business, whether you wish to take your business to the next level or maintain your high standards. I will be your cheerleader or as one of my client’s says ‘her admin fairy!’

I am registered with ICO for data protection and fully insured. I am also a member of the Society of Virtual Assistants (SVA).
